Individual support is provided as appropriate during the sessions. All participants are invited to practise to their own ability level, chairs and cushions can be used as aid for sitting instead of easy pose on the mat.
About Kundalini Yoga Therapy Sessions
The project is dedicated to supporting people to improve mental Health challenges such as: anxiety, depression, healing traumas after abusive relationships, improve self love /self esteem and more. We aim to create a warm space and support network in order to facilitate the healing process. Sessions last 2 hours and consist of 2 parts: Kundalini Yoga class and a talking support group. Kundalini Yoga allows individuals to go inward and empower yourself to healing while the talk session allows to share, relate and create support network.
Kundalini Yoga Class lead specialists in Kundalini Yoga for Mental Wellbeing. Classes are aimed for strengthening nervous system, normalizing hormones and support the brain. We use breath, movement, sound and meditation as our healing tools. Kundalini Yoga creates time for yourself, allows you to be in the moment and just be present with your body where you can allow yourself the magic of self healing to occur.
